ROK TEST DRIVE

 

Τώρα που το Cyprus Rok Cup 2008 έχει τελειώσει, η εταιρεία Conerel Trading Ltd, καλεί όσους ενδιαφέρονται σε ένα ROK TEST DRIVE στην πίστα Daytona Raceway στη Λευκωσία.

 

To Σαββάτου 27 Σεπτεμβρίου 2008 η ώρα 11:30 όλοι οι φίλοι της ROK είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι να δοκιμάσουν τα 3 karts που έχουμε ετοιμάσει με μηχανές JUNIOR ROK, SENIOR ROK και SUPER ROK, όπως επίσης και να γευματίσουν μαζί μας.

Now that the Cyprus Rok Cup 2008 is come to an end, Conerel Trading Ltd invites everybody interested for a ROK TEST DRIVE at Daytona Raceway in Nicosia.

 

On Saturday the 27th of September 2008 at 11:30 all ROK friends are welcome to try the 3 karts prepared with JUNIOR ROK, SENIOR ROK and SUPER ROK engines as well as have lunch with us.

DESCRIPTION  

ROK is a 125cc single-cylinder 2 stroke engine by Vortex, with reed valve admission in the crankcase. It is mixture-lubricated and liquid-cooled with integrated water pump. It has got a self-generating digital ignition and an integrated electric starter, which the battery is dedicated to. It is provided with a balancer shaft, which reduces the vibrations. A centrifugal dry clutch makes it possible to keep the engine on even when the kart is still.

JUNIOR ROK
By changing the exhaust, the Rok engine decreases in power from 29Hp to 19Hp. That’s the Junior Rok engine!

DESCRIPTION  
SUPEROK is the ultimate evolution of the ROK engine by Vortex, conserving many of its important characteristics, but featuring an amount of innovations.
Not changing the displacement of 125cc and the reed admission in the crankcase, the reed block is now bigger, and the carburettor is a d.36mm by Dellorto.
The new cylinder, always with liner, has got a 5-transfers scavenging, and the 3-ports exhaust is provided with pneumatic power valve.
The digital ignition has a different advance diagram; the exhaust plant is a new design with integrated silencer; the rotor of the centrifugal clutch is now monolithic.
